  • “Attending the Larkspur Retreat in Colorado was a restorative experience for body, mind, and spirit. Set in the beautiful mountains, we were immersed in nature. Each day, there were opportunities for yoga overlooking Grand Lake, as well as hiking in stunning surroundings, paddle boarding, or just relaxing in the pool or hot tub. We also enjoyed time for journaling and setting a new intention through guided discussions. I highly recommend Larkspur Retreats. It’s a true escape from every day!”

    ~ Liz R.

  • ‘Kristen facilitated a thoughtful program integrating activities, adventure & reflection. I was introduced to Katonah Yoga led by our exceptional yogi, Leda who inspired me to commit to a deeper yoga practice. I loved morning coffee on the lodge porch; a quiet time to connect with old friends & new. I had such a wonderful experience overall!!

    ~ Sarah G.

  • ‘I had a great time at the retreat. The activities were well-organized, and led by true professionals. And the leader created a great vibe felt by the whole group. I’m looking forward to attending another one!’

An adventurous spirit inspired by nature, Leda supports students in self-exploration through the dialogue of not just the body and breath, but also the conscious and unconscious self. She is known for her intelligently sequenced classes-often based upon the seasons and lunar phases, her energetic embodiment cues, and lighthearted presence. Her unique style is cultivated from over a decade of teaching and studying multiple linages of yoga. Most recently inspired by the practices of Katonah Yoga®, which intertwines fluid movement, Kundalini, Taoism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is most passionate about bringing students out into nature and inspiring a sense of empowerment through adventure. This had led to her teaching thousands of students the joyful practice of SUP yoga, as well as guiding many surf and yoga retreats. When she is not on her mat, you will most likely find her deepening her connection to nature either on a bike, a board, or the back of her horse.
